Here are promises of God’s presence when he hears us
But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself;
the Lord hears when I call to him. Psalms 4:3
O Lord, you hear the desire of the afflicted;
you will strengthen their heart; you will incline your ear Psalm 10:17
The Lord is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth. Psalm 145:18
And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15
