Our Distinctives
OUTWARD FOCUSED
Intentionally outward-focused; desperate to see lives redeemed, and believing that this is first an individual responsibility, and then a corporate responsibility.
UNCOMMON COMMUNITY
Uncommon community that is comprised of families and individuals and that is bound together by the unity found in Christ, by love for one another, and by unifying around the task of making and training disciples.
THE FAMILY
Emphasis on equipping the family unit; equipping parents to disciple children, and equipping husbands and wives to thrive.
DISCIPLESHIP
Ongoing discipleship for all followers of Christ (all people in progress).
WORSHIP
Contemporary and authentic worship that doesn’t lose sight of timeless songs.
RELATIONSHIPS
Not becoming overly programmed and scheduled. We want to do a few things well, and we want our people to use their time to build and maintain intentional and missional relationships with unbelievers.
THANKFULNESS
Thankful hearts. Humans are prone to the emotions of entitlement and discontent. Thankfulness curbs these and leads into worship, and so we highly esteem this attitude.
AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity and transparency in our people, and in our church as an organization.
